I                   Jamie Sullivan will be representing 24 kt. productions by providing you with a disc jockey for your special affair on the date of ____________ . I will be set up on time and do my best to make sure your night is one you will joyfully remember by playing the music that you have selected.

     I                     promise to pay Jamie his full fee of $500.00 total with a $200.00 (non-refundable) deposit to be paid up front and $300.00 to be paid the day of the event for 4 hrs. ($100. per hr. thereafter). I understand that Jamie needs to be set up within 50 feet of electricity, and I can provide him with shelter for his equipment in the case bad weather.
